[ he doesn’t think he’s done anything that might call for something in return, so he just assumes this is a whole new deal instead. ]
[They arch an eyebrow at him, before shaking their head. Izo can be startled all they want, but that’s not their problem. If anything, it just makes them feel more confident in deciding to this for him.]
Some inns and hotels have full suites with kitchens, y’know.
[They reach out, grabbing his sleeve and tugging him to get him out of the room. Time to go cooking, Manslayer.]

[ he's pretty sure no one who isn't some sort of royalty can afford places like that for real but he has a very strange history in dealing with modern amenities.
he'd expected to potentially need to head out, so he pulls the door closed once he's in the hallway but still manages to get in a scowl at kitten for good measure. really, so not complaining about a free meal. but people might get the wrong idea if he doesn't seem put out. ]
Seems like more effort than just invitin' me out some time as payback...
[ not that he'd ask for help or anything but if he's hoping to get any from the staff he's probably making it worse with the sour look on his face. ]

They ignore his scowling, dragging him down and away to the kitchens and ignoring any staff that tries to stop them.]
